I will be requesting 100% upfront payment.REVISIONS
Up to three major revisions can be made during the drafting phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments within reason can be made afterwards.
Any more changes exceeding the limit stated above will be subject to a fee, and the fee will depend on the nature of the change.
After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).USE
I reserve the right to reuse ideas that are rejected by the client for other commissions or personal works.
Unless requested otherwise, I have the right to use the commissioned art for promotional purposes.
My works are not to be used for AI and/or NFT of any kind.CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Once I have sent the sketch and the client chooses to cancel for any reason, I will only refund 50%.
I reserve the right to cancel the commission due to rude/inappropriate behavior.
If I choose to cancel the commission for personal reasons, the payment will be fully refunded.COMMUNICATION
